• Membership to the Asheville Business Collaborative (“ABC”) requires payment of applicable fees as outlined on our site.

• The one-time enrollment fee is non-refundable. Monthly membership fees are billed in advance and non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to update pricing or benefits at any time.

2. Use of Content

• All content provided through ABC, including guides, resources, and community materials, is for personal and professional development only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any ABC content without permission.

3. Community Guidelines

• Members agree to engage respectfully, act with integrity, and support the collaborative nature of ABC.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Liability

• ABC provides resources and networking opportunities but makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes.

• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from participation.

5. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or membership after changes constitutes acceptance.
